HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
- Simply drop off your four legged
friend at Pet Paradise located on Monroe Road near Houston Hobby
and pick up your PreFlight parking voucher in the resort, good for
your free parking discount.
- Once at PreFlight, pull a ticket
and enter the parking garage. YOU MUST CHOOSE A PARKING SPOT ON
LEVELS 3 & 4. If you choose to park on a premier level you will
be responsible for the additional cost.
- Follow the signs to levels 3 &
4 and use your parking ticket to access those levels.
- After parking, locate the elevator
(or stairs) and proceed to Level 1 where a shuttle will be waiting
to whisk you from PreFlight to the terminal.
- Upon returning from your trip, one
of PreFlight's seven shuttles will be waiting for you at Hobby's
baggage claim pick-up area (downstairs) and will bring you back to
the parking garage. Follow the signs in the parking garage and
proceed to the exit.
- At the exit booth, you must
present both your voucher and your parking ticket to the cashier.
Now you can head back to Pet Paradise to pick up your pet!
The best part about this service is that Parking is Free when
your pet stays at Pet Paradise!
